Current Project: Justice For All - Warwickshire Justice Agencies, Art Competition








































Project Description
All of the Justice Agencies will be co-located in this new Warwickshire Justice Centre. This will be the Police, Crown Prosecution Service, HM Courts, Probation Service, Youth Offending Service and Victim and Witness Services. All of the Warwickshire Justice Agencies will be working in partnership to provide: improved access and confidence in delivery of justice, improved support for victims and witnesses, improved facilities for suspects and offenders, improved working environment.
The Warwickshire model is unique and it is this unique approach which will enable each agency to deliver their national and local strategic aims and objectives.
Art Competition - We are looking for high quality art work from Warwickshire young people to display in this brand new building where all of the Justice Agencies will be co-located.
Requirements - We welcome entries reflecting any medium and any size. We are looking for 2D art work created by students in the age range 14 - 19.
Timescales - the deadline for entries will be Friday 12th February 2010. Winning entries will be exhibited in the Warwickshire Justice Centre.
N.B. Schools will need to make special arrangements with examination boards where the work is part of student's exam portfolio.
Prizes - Successful artists will receive a £50 voucher. Also, in recognition of their support and achievement, the school art departments from which we receive the best body of work will be awarded a first prize of £350, second prize of £250 or a third prize of £150 to assist in further developing their resources.
